Spoken Word Thursday (New Year’s edition): Eric Darby’s “Scratch and Dent Dreams”
I cannot think of any better way to enter the new year than to listen to Eric Darby’s performance of “Scratch and Dent Dreams” from the 2005 National Poetry Slam Individual Semifinals.

Steven Harz was the 2013 winner of the international People’s Poetry Contest and is a three-time winner of The Iron Writer Challenge. Steve still writes poetry, but now it rhymes and is put to music – either acoustic with a Martin or electric with a Gretsch.
